Overview
Sheridan Maine are proud to be working with a Berkshire based established business to recruit a Group Accountant to join their head office finance team. This newly created position works closely with the Finance Director and will involve a range of internal and external reporting duties as well as leading the ERP implementation project. The opportunity offers great career prospects within a multi-million global business.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the group consolidation process
- Management of monthly intercompany accounting and group reconciliations
- Creating financial reports and providing analysis to key stakeholders
- Assisting with the external audit process
- To be the subject matter expert for SAP across the business
- Lead the roll out of SAP in the UK and internationally
Requirements
The successful candidate will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and possess strong technical skills ideally with international accounting experience. SAP experience is essential with experience of assisting with ERP projects and implementations preferred.
