Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd (ARNL) are recruiting for the role of Lounge Hosts! An exciting position that offers the chance to work in a very high-end customer service environment for an international airline at Heathrow. A chance to experience pure luxury while delivering excellent customer service. Being fluent in Arabic is a bonus.
As a Lounge Host you will receive:
- First 12 weeks £13.00p/h, post 12 weeks £14.00p/h
- Full time hours between 37.5hrs to 40hrs per week
- Company uniform and ongoing training with progression
- Criminal Record Check (DBS) re-imbursed after 4 weeks
- Free meals provided on shift
As Lounge Host you must have:
- Previous experience working in similar environment or must come from a hospitality background
- Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverages with interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to lounge service procedures and menus quickly
- Organised and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must always be well groomed, always ensuring excellent presentation skills
- Excellent command of English, basic understanding of Arabic is beneficial with great verbal and written ability
- Ability to work flexible hours, ability to commute to Heathrow as early as 06:00am and finish late shift at 22:00pm
Lounge Host duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting VIP and premium guests in a very courteous manner
- Ensuring the highest quality of customer service is being always delivered
- Providing flight updates and lounge information
- Coordinating with food and beverage services in professional and timely manner
- Ensuring the cleanliness and ambiance of the lounge is well maintained at all times
