An intergovernmental organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Projects Officer to support a range of strategic HR transformation initiatives. Based at the organisation’s central London headquarters, this temporary role is available for an immediate start (subject to pre‑employment checks) and operates on a hybrid model, with 2–3 days per week in the office.
The postholder will play a pivotal role in delivering key HR change projects, with a strong focus on data collection, analysis, and the development of HR tools and frameworks. Projects will span skills analysis, workload assessments, organisational structure reviews, and job description updates.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of HR and project leads in the day‑to‑day delivery of the HR change programme.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Coordinate project governance activities, including steering committee and working group meetings.
- Prepare agendas, briefing papers, progress reports, and action logs.
- Capture, analyse, and manage feedback from employees and stakeholders.
- Collect and interpret HR metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for strategic intervention.
- Produce clear, data‑driven dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
- Use data insights to evaluate HR strategies and support workforce planning.
- Prepare reports, evaluation statistics, and analytical summaries.
- Draft high‑quality internal communications to support change initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and HR strategy rollouts.
- Develop engaging presentations and written materials for board meetings, internal briefings, and external audiences.
- Support initiatives that enhance the employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle.
- Provide line management to HR Officer(s) and Recruitment Officer(s).
- Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Chartered Member, SHRM, HRCI SPHR or equivalent).
- Significant experience in a generalist HR role with strong exposure to change management and data analytics.
- Experience working within international or multicultural environments.
- Strong IT capability, including HR analytics and communication tools (Excel, Canva, Power BI, ATS reporting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience producing briefings, updates, and presentations.
- Understanding of employment practices across international jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with diversity recruitment metrics and inclusive hiring practices.
- Experience within international corporate organisations is desirable.
