We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking property company who are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their vibrant team. Based in a stylish, modern office in the heart of Central Bristol, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about property and people. This role would suit a driven individual who enjoys building relationships, exceeding targets, and playing a key role in helping tenants find their perfect home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting property viewings and following up with applicants to maximise lets
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to successfully match applicants with suitable properties
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and applicants
  • Advising landlords and tenants on rental values, market conditions, and lettings legislation
  • Managing the full lettings process from enquiry through to move-in, including referencing and tenancy agreements
  • Ensuring all properties meet compliance requirements and are marketed to a high standard
  • Keeping applicant databases and CRM systems accurate and up to date
  • Handling enquiries confidently and professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a competitive, customer-facing role (lettings experience highly desirable)
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a strong customer-first mindset
  • A genuine passion for property and lettings
  • Solid understanding of lettings regulations and processes
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good local knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas (or living within 5 miles)
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
