Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach Location: Remote (with on-site delivery once per month) Salary: £35,000–£38,000 Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays About the Role Join a thriving, Ofsted-rated “Good” training provider as a Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting learners remotely and in the workplace while contributing to the ongoing success and innovation of training programmes. Key Responsibilities Deliver Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Programmes through a blend of remote (90%) and occasional face-to-face sessions. Coach and mentor learners enrolled in the Level 5 Operational Department Manager Apprenticeship, supporting them from induction to End Point Assessment (EPA). Facilitate engaging workshops and provide individual coaching to ensure learners stay motivated and on track. Create tailored learning plans that align with the learners’ roles and programme requirements. Collaborate with the wider team to develop, refine, and enhance delivery models and training programmes. Maintain regular contact with learners, monitor progress, address challenges, and provide actionable feedback to foster success. Ensure compliance with quality standards and funding regulations. Support the delivery of Functional Skills Maths and English as part of the learning journey. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Proven experience delivering Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes. A Level 5 Management qualification and strong vocational experience in management are highly desirable. Experience in both face-to-face and remote delivery, including coaching and mentoring. A hands-on, learner-focused approach, with the ability to inspire and engage through workshops and one-on-one sessions. Relevant teaching qualifications such as PTLLS or Award in Education and Training (AET) are required, and an assessor qualification is highly desirable. Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to individual learner needs.
