IT and Digital Skills Trainer – Remote (1 Day/Month in Central London)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 | Full-Time | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

We’re working with a nationally recognised training provider with over 20 years’ experience in delivering apprenticeships and vocational training. Supporting over 12,000 learners each year and holding an impressive 91% employer satisfaction rating, they are at the forefront of shaping digital talent across the UK.
They are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced IT and Digital Skills Trainer to join their team and deliver high-quality learning across Level 2 IT and digital programmes.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Primarily remote with just 1 day per month in Central London
- Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions across a variety of digital topics such as:
- Cybersecurity
- Computer Programming
- Digital Graphics
- Spreadsheets
- Networks
- IT Support
- Digital Skills Projects
- Data Handling and Security
- Presentations and Communication
- Conduct initial assessments to identify learner needs and tailor support appropriately
- Guide and mentor learners throughout their programme, supporting progression and achievement
- Maintain accurate records, monitor learner progress, and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Teaching Qualification: PGCE, CertEd, or Level 4+ (Level 3 accepted if working towards Level 4)
- Experience: Proven background in delivering remote IT and digital skills training
- Industry Knowledge: Practical IT or digital sector experience with relevant certifications
- Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a commitment to safeguarding and high-quality education
- Essential: Experience delivering apprenticeships or adult education training programmes in a group setting
- Desirable: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (occasional travel may be required)
