An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing training provider, rated βGoodβ by Ofsted. Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to join this dynamic team.

The Role
As an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) β Teaching Apprenticeships, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards and compliance for Apprenticeships. You will support tutor development, ensure best practices in assessment, and contribute to apprentice success.

Key Responsibilities
πΉ Quality Assurance: Oversee internal quality assurance for Teaching Apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with ESFA regulations and Ofstedβs Education Inspection Framework.
πΉ Assessment & Standardisation: Conduct observations, lead standardisation meetings, and provide constructive feedback to tutors to enhance teaching quality.
πΉ Tutor Development: Support tutor CPD, provide induction training, and ensure continuous professional development.
πΉ Data & Reporting: Monitor programme performance, analyse trends, and contribute to self-assessment and quality improvement plans.
πΉ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to ESFA, Ofsted, and other governing body requirements, maintaining thorough records for audits.
πΉ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance learner experiences.
πΉ Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve apprenticeship delivery, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
πΉ Safeguarding & Inclusion: Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion across all programme areas.
What Weβre Looking For
β Experience: Proven background in quality assurance within education, training, or apprenticeships, specifically within Teaching Programmes
β Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of ESFA and Ofsted compliance.
β Analytical & Organisational Skills: Ability to assess data, drive improvements, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
β Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to tutors and stakeholders.
β Digital Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft 365 and digital learning platforms.
β Qualifications: A recognised Internal Quality Assurance qualification and a teaching qualification.
β Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel for observations and meetings.
