Student Accommodation Manager – Temp Role (London SE1)
£20.00/hour | 8–12 weeks | Shifts Mon–Fri, between 8am–6pm
Are you a people-first leader with a knack for operations? Join a thriving student accommodation provider in the heart of London SE1 and take charge of a vibrant living community for students. This is your chance to bring your skills to a dynamic temporary assignment starting ASAP for approx. 12 weeks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead daily customer service operations and supervise front-of-house interactions
- Respond to student inquiries with professionalism and care
- Manage facilities and maintenance issues—ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Escalate more complex problems to relevant departments swiftly
- Be the warm, reliable presence at reception—greeting guests and fielding calls/emails
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management or supervisory experience, ideally in hospitality or accommodation
- Confident communication skills and a positive attitude
- Sharp decision-making and the ability to work independently
