Sheridan Maine are proud to be working with a Bristol based SME organisation to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager.

This role is varied in content, works closely with the Finance Director and will oversee all of the day-to-day accounting activities. This is a newly created role and offers a great career opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and developing a small team
  • Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day financial accounting transactions
  • Month end and year end reporting
  • Providing key support with system improvements and integrations
  • Supporting the business with external and internal audit requirements

Required skills and experience

  • Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • IT/ Tech savvy with experience of ERP systems
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge including up to date accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

This role offers a competitive salary, bonus and hybrid working.
