Overview

Are you an experienced Early Years professional looking to share your expertise? Do you have a passion for coaching and training apprentices to achieve their full potential? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation delivering Early Years Apprenticeships and professional development, helping to shape the next generation of Early Years leaders.

We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver exceptional training and support for Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner apprenticeships. In this role, you will coach, mentor and assess learners, ensuring they develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Early Years apprenticeship training and assessment
  • Conduct skills reviews and create individual learning plans tailored to learner needs
  • Carry out workplace observations and provide detailed feedback
  • Support learners with Functional Skills (English and Maths) where required
  • Track learner progress using e-portfolio systems and ensure timely completion
  • Promote Values, Prevent, safeguarding and learner well-being
  • Work closely with employers to ensure a high-quality learning experience
  • Experience in the Early Years sector and/or coaching role
  • Strong knowledge of Early Years practice and leadership
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • IT literate and confident using online learning platforms
  • Motivated and able to work independently to support learner achievement
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Relevant Early Years or education degree
  • Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) qualification
  • Experience working in Further Education or apprenticeship delivery
