The Opportunity: Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coaches and Trainers to join their dynamic team. The Role: As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will play a vital role in developing the next generation of Early Years professionals. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years. • Delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences. • Embedding Functional Skills into the curriculum. • Hosting monthly webinars to provide industry insights and updates. • Observing and reviewing learner progress to ensure qualification standards are met. • Maintaining accurate learner records to track progress effectively. • Visiting learners in their workplaces to provide hands-on support and gather evidence for qualifications. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: • A recognised Assessor’s Award such as TAQA or CAVA. • A Level 3 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Award in Education and Training (AET) or PTLLS) – highly desirable. • A relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above. • Experience delivering and coaching Early Years Apprenticeships up to Level 5. • Vocational experience within Early Years/Childcare at Supervisor level or above. • A full UK Driving Licence with flexibility to travel within the designated region.
