About the Role
Pertemps is building a next-generation recruitment platform on Microsoft technology — and we’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer with strong Azure skills to join us on the journey.
This fully office-based role in Meriden offers the chance to work closely with a fast-paced technology team. You’ll be part of the long-term development of a platform that underpins the business, with quick decision-making and close collaboration built into the way we work.
You’ll design and deliver solutions across Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Dataverse, Power Automate, and Azure services, with integration and ALM practices as key focus areas. You’ll also contribute to PCF components, plugins, and light-touch customisations within Dynamics 365 Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customise solutions across Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript extensions for Dynamics/Dataverse.
- Configure and extend Dataverse schema, forms, views, business rules, and security model.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline processes.
- Integrate systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
- Apply Application Insights and monitoring to ensure reliability and supportability.
- Develop and consume REST APIs for enterprise integrations.
- Package and deploy solutions following ALM best practices in Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to the development of PCF controls and UI extensions with React and Fluent UI.
- Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver business-critical functionality quickly.
- Stay current with Microsoft platform updates and apply best practices.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience developing on the Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse schema, security model, forms, views, and business rules.
- Proven experience with plugins and custom workflow activities (C#).
- Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
- Hands-on use of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Azure AD / Entra ID authentication.
- Familiarity with ALM practices and deploying solutions via Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Experience creating PCF controls with React and Fluent UI.
- Exposure to SQL and data modelling.
- Knowledge of Power BI integration (embedding or connecting to Dataverse).
- Experience with Application Insights and monitoring solutions.
- Familiarity with Teams or Graph API integration.
- Awareness of AI Builder or Cognitive Services for intelligent automation.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (xUnit, Jest, NUnit).
What We Offer
- Competitive benefits package.
- Full-time, office-based role in Meriden with a collaborative, fast-paced team culture.
- A chance to work across the Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Sales, and Azure ecosystem.
- Involvement in the long-term build of a business-critical recruitment platform.
- Support for Microsoft certifications and professional development.
