Role Overview
As a Course Sales Executive, you will engage and enrol self-funded learners onto a variety of digital and professional training programmes. You will guide learners through the full sales journey—from initial enquiry to enrolment—while providing ongoing support to ensure a positive experience. This is a target-driven role for a proactive, motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people progress in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve KPIs including calls, webinars, meetings, and enrolments
- Build and maintain strong learner relationships
- Engage and convert inbound leads from enquiries, job boards, and referrals
- Present and sell training programmes confidently
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional courses
- Manage the full enrolment process accurately and compliantly
- Maintain CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation campaigns
- Support learner retention through proactive communication
- Contribute to team and organisational objectives
