Are you an experienced Care Assistant or similar, looking to provide a range of long and short day sits to cover the breaks of our Live-in-carers.
You will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care to individuals with various complex and chronic conditions.
Network Healthcare is a nationwide home care provider with specialist departments for live-in care, complex care as well as learning disabilities support.
We aim to facilitate independence for all our service users so they can reach their full capabilities with dignity and respect within their own homes.
This role would suit a confident Care Assistant, looking for a specialist role delivering care for a range of clients with chronic or long-term health conditions.
THE ROLE:
- Long and short day sits (2-9 hours)
- Assist with personal care, support with food and fluid, light domestic duties, and mobility
- Medication Support
