Job Title: Careline Service Admin Assistant

Pertemps Recruitment Partnership is seeking a detail-oriented and committed Careline Service Admin Assistant to support the Adult Social Care team at the London Borough of Harrow.

This temporary position offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.93 (PAYE), along with access to high-quality training, excellent career development opportunities, and 21 days of annual leave (excluding bank holidays).

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient, confidential administrative support to the Careline Service.
  • Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Follow statutory regulations, internal procedures, and best practices, recommending improvements where appropriate.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, collating documents, and preparing standard correspondence.
  • Handle routine telephone, email, and written enquiries—providing basic information, signposting, or forwarding messages as needed.
  • Support the ordering, issuing, and monitoring of stationery supplies.
  • Work flexibly to meet service demands across the team.
