I’m working with a large, complex organisation looking for a senior space management professional to step into a high-impact, strategic role. This is a 12-month FTC with strong potential to go permanent, sitting right at the intersection of estates strategy, sustainability, and senior stakeholder influence.
You’ll be leading organisation-wide space planning across a varied estate, shaping how space is used now and in the future, balancing efficiency, inclusivity, sustainability, and value for money. Expect close collaboration with senior leaders, data-led decision making, and ownership of major space initiatives.
What you’ll be doing (in short):
- Owning and driving strategic space planning and utilisation at an enterprise level
- Translating data into clear insights for senior decision-makers
- Leading complex space-related projects and governance
