Overview

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a manufacturing business based in Basingstoke. This is a permanent position working part time of 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting of invoices and purchase orders into Sage
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Monitoring account email
  • Analysing employee expenses
  • Analyse of sales by products
  • Stocktake assessment and valuation
  • Covering payroll duties in absence of Finance Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous Accounts experience
  • Sage proficient
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self sufficient
  • Happy to undertake a DBS Check

The Accounts Assistant Role:

  • 15 hours per week (flexible with days and working times)
  • Office based in Basingstoke
  • £16 - £17 per hour depending on experience
