Overview
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a manufacturing business based in Basingstoke. This is a permanent position working part time of 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Posting of invoices and purchase orders into Sage
- Raising sales invoices
- Monitoring account email
- Analysing employee expenses
- Analyse of sales by products
- Stocktake assessment and valuation
- Covering payroll duties in absence of Finance Manager
Requirements:
- Previous Accounts experience
- Sage proficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self sufficient
- Happy to undertake a DBS Check
The Accounts Assistant Role:
- 15 hours per week (flexible with days and working times)
- Office based in Basingstoke
- £16 - £17 per hour depending on experience
