We are excited to support one of England’s fastest-growing training providers in their search for an experienced Apprenticeship Manager. This hybrid role offers:

  • a starting salary of £38,000- £41,500 with bonus opportunities (after qualifying period)
  • 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 33 days)

About the Role:

The Apprenticeship Performance Manager will oversee the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learners have an excellent experience. Key duties include:

  • Managing a team of Apprenticeship Tutors to meet performance targets
  • Achieving targets for learner success, recruitment, and progression
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding guidelines
  • Coaching Apprenticeship Tutors to meet individual and team goals
  • Collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and other teams to support business growth
  • Overseeing the delivery of functional skills in maths and English
  • Conducting regular observations to maintain quality teaching and learning

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and achieving performance targets
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding and Ofsted regulations
  • Experience leading a team of Assessors or Tutors
  • Proficient IT skills, including experience with e-portfolios and software platforms
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
