Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a factory based in Alton. This is a full time, temp to perm position.
Responsibilities:
- Covering all-round accounts and admin duties
- Working within a small office team
- Carrying out all aspects of purchase ledger including raising purchase orders, posting invoices, reconciliation
- Assisting with sales ledger including sales orders, invoices, allocating payments and dealing with general queries
- Data input into bespoke accountancy software
- Assisting with general administration duties
Requirements:
- Previous accounts experience
- Excellent administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available immediately
- Self-sufficient and happy to be part of a small team
The Accounts Administrator Role:
- Temp to perm
- £13-£14 per hour depending on experience
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
