What You’ll Do
As a Student Services Coordinator, you’ll provide outstanding support to students, guiding them in:

Careers advice and higher education progression
Financial support, bursaries, and benefits guidance
Pastoral care and personal wellbeing
You’ll also:

Assist with UCAS applications and the Careers Education Programme
Maintain accurate safeguarding and wellbeing records
Represent the organisation at events and promote a positive student experience
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Approachable, organised, and passionate about helping others
Confident communicating with students, staff, and external partners
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in student support or a customer-focused role
Strong administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, databases)
Level 3 qualification minimum, GCSE English & Maths at Level 2
Level 6 Careers Education IAG (or willingness to work towards) is desirable
