Pertemps Milton Keynes branch is currently recruiting a Warehouse Logistics Operative for our client based in Milton Keynes.
4 X 10-hour shifts per week at £13.75 per hour. Ongoing work.
The Role:
- Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and safely handle the movement of items within the warehouse environment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Safely load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse and transport areas.
- Carry out cleaning and preparation tasks to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Support general housekeeping duties to keep the workspace clean and organised.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including correct use of equipment and PPE.
- Maintain a tidy and obstruction-free environment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet daily targets.
Successful Applicants:
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy items.
- Previous experience in a similar role and environment preferred.
- Numeracy skills for counting, sorting, and recording stock.
