Ground Worker / Site Technician 📍 Location: Based in Milton Keynes | Nationwide Travel (Monday–Friday) 🚗 Driving Licence Required | 🛠️ CSCS Card Essential We are looking for a motivated and reliable Ground Worker / Site Technician to join a specialist team delivering innovative ground engineering solutions, across residential, commercial, and industrial sites throughout the UK. This is a full-time role (45 hours/week) with an immediate start, involving nationwide travel and 2–4 nights away per week. Accommodation and travel allowances are provided. 🔨 Key Responsibilities: • Assist Site Supervisors in delivering specialist ground engineering techniques • Injection, drilling, surveying, and ground testing • Operate and maintain drilling and grouting equipment • Support warehouse operations including loading/unloading vehicles • Work outdoors on a variety of building types across the UK ✅ Candidate Requirements: • Background in construction or understanding of building structures • Ability to work with tools and machinery safely and effectively • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel and stay overnight during the week • Good communication skills and a respectful, team-oriented attitude • Reliable and flexible with early start times • Clean driving license • CSCS Card 💼 What’s Offered: • Monday – Friday • AM Start times. • £13.50 – £15.00ph dependant on experience. • Daily travel and overnight allowance (in addition to salary) • Paid accommodation for overnight stays • Pension scheme • On-site parking • PPE and uniform provided • Clear progression and promotion opportunities 📧 To apply, please send your CV (email address removed)
