Pertemps Milton Keynes are recruiting for a Technician to join our client\’s team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electronics Technician with hands-on soldering skills to secure a permanent role with a successful and growing business.

The Role

  • Diagnosing and repairing a variety of electronic and electrical equipment including printers, televisions, photocopiers, and other consumer/office electronics.
  • Using soldering techniques to repair PCBs and components.
  • Carrying out fault-finding and testing procedures.
  • Ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
  • Maintaining accurate repair and service records.
  • Working as part of a small, supportive technical team.

Candidate Requirements

  • The successful Technician will have:
  • Proven experience in electronics repair and maintenance.
  • Strong soldering skills (essential).
  • Ability to diagnose and fault-find on a wide range of electrical/electronic equipment.
  • Good understanding of health & safety when working with electronics.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
