We are seeking dedicated and professional Pharmacy Dispensers to join our team in the West Midlands. This role offers a structured shift pattern and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the local community through high-quality pharmacy services.
Shift Pattern:
- Hours: 09:00 – 21:00 (12-hour shifts)
- Part Time: Regular flexible days, minimum 1 day per week
- Full Time: Up to 4 days on, 4 days off rotation
- Includes weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Support daily pharmacy operations, including stock management
- Handle OTC sales and provide basic health advice
- Adhere to SOPs and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent UK qualification or training)
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
