About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and professional Pharmacy Dispensers and Pharmacists to join our team in the West Midlands. This role offers a structured shift pattern and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the local community through high-quality pharmacy services.
Shift Pattern:
- Hours: 09:00 – 21:00 (12-hour shifts)
- Part Time: Regular flexible days, minimum 1 day per week
- Full Time: Up to 4 days on, 4 days off rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe, effective, and legal dispensing of medications
- Deliver clinical services (e.g., MURs, NMS, vaccinations)
- Lead and support the pharmacy team during shifts
- Maintain GPhC compliance and uphold professional standards
- Engage with patients and healthcare providers to promote health
Requirements:
- GPhC registered with a valid license to practice in the UK
- MPharm degree (or equivalent)
- Confident in leading a team and delivering clinical services
- Experience in community pharmacy preferred
