Pertemps Medical Professionals are currently looking for a Band 6 CT Radiographer for our private client Retinue. This vacancy is due to start ASAP and going on for 3 months. Shifts will be 3 long days per week of 11.25 hours (33.75 total per week) including weekend days as the Rota requires. Shifts start at 0745 and finish 2000.

We require a CT locum to work for a short-term period on our CT pod, located at Ayrshire Central Hospital in Irvine. We are looking at a 3-month period to begin ASAP. Work will include mainly outpatient scanning with some ambulant inpatients. Contrast lists performed daily so cannulation skills are essential.

General Requirements:

  • CT experience, at least 6 months – Mobile’s & Statics
  • Experience using GE/Siemens/Philips Scanners
  • Ideally IV Certificate but not essential
  • Long Days/Standard Days & weekends
  • Successful candidates must have NHS/Private Sector background
  • Must have the willingness to contribute to the department and interact with the busy team
  • Able to work day Shifts (variety of rota's)
  • HCPC registration essential

Rates:

  • Days Approx. £29.90 Per Hour Dependant on experience & client approval
  • Nights/Sat Approx. £38.51 Hour Dependant on experience & client approval
  • Sundays/bank holidays Approx. £49.46 Per Hour Dependant on experience & client approval

Job Role Requirements:

  • You must have the willingness to contribute to the department and interact with the busy teams
  • Have Right to Work in the UK and be physically present in UK at the time of responding to this job advert
  • Have full NMC and/or HCPC registration
  • Be fully compliant to NHS Framework or Individual client standards
