Customer Patient Advisor – Monday – Friday (Hybrid) 7am-3pm Experience required – £15.36 – £30,000 What You’ll Enjoy Doing Providing a first-class service to Homecare customers, supporting both patients and clinicians with professionalism and care. Acting as a vital communication link between NHS personnel, patients and our operations team to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. Taking telephone orders from NHS teams — including GPs and Respiratory Specialists — confidently and accurately. Responding to urgent calls about oxygen equipment issues, offering clear guidance and often resolving the problem at first contact. Managing challenging or emotional conversations with patience and empathy, including supporting vulnerable customers who may be frail, confused or hard of hearing. Using your judgement to assess patient needs and determine the most appropriate next steps. What Makes You Great A genuine passion for supporting patients and healthcare professionals with excellent service. Strong computer skills, including the ability to confidently use SAP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word for correspondence and Excel for data handling. Excellent time-management and prioritisation abilities. The capability to work calmly under pressure and within strict time constraints. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both on the phone and with your team. High accuracy and efficiency when processing data. A strong sense of personal integrity and responsibility.
