Service Support Administrator – 3-Month Contract

Pay: Β£15 p/hr

Location: Onsite in Aberdeen

About the Role

We are seeking a Service Support Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Service department. This role ensures smooth coordination of documentation, travel arrangements, expense processing, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage document control, correspondence, and expense processing.
  • Arrange travel and visas for technicians; coordinate vaccinations and training updates.
  • Expedite component deliveries and process purchase orders.
  • Compile project documentation (Dispatch Dossiers, MRBs, O&M Manuals).
  • Handle incoming/outgoing post, telephone system, and meeting room bookings.
  • Support Health & Safety compliance and assist with monthly invoicing.
  • Maintain training matrices and assist Quality Assurance with procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with document control, purchase orders, and expense systems.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety policies and risk assessments.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
