Remote Telesales Representative – Work from Home | Full-Time, Permanent | Mon-Fri – Β£24.5k Base + OTE Β£32.5k+

  • Have you worked with sales targets and consistently achieved?
  • Are you willing to work 10.30am to 7pm Mon-Thu and 9am to 5.30pm Fri?
  • Are you happy to work from home 100% of the time and earn good commission?

What you will do:

  • Engage Customers: Connect with potential customers, presenting an exciting product packed with incredible value.
  • Drive Sales: Make 150-200 outbound sales calls daily
  • Hit Your Targets: Secure 7 – 10 sales a day – 90% of the team are currently achieving their goals and earning over the bonus potential
  • Stay Compliant: Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations while delivering top-notch service.

What experience you will need?

  • Previous Sales Experience – 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years
  • Home Office Setup – A quiet workspace where you can focus and succeed remotely.
  • Motivation to Exceed Targets – Passion for sales, resilience, and commitment to following best practices.
