HR Analyst – Remote – Until 31st March 2025 Pay rate – £21.38 – £23.38 per hour We’re looking for an experienced HR Analyst to join our prestigious public sector client based in Wales who will make an impact through insightful analysis and data-driven recommendations. If you will thrive on solving complex problems, improving processes and influencing stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Database Design & Management: Develop and maintain databases that align with organisational goals, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse complex HR and business data, extract key insights, and present findings to stakeholders at all levels to drive informed decisions. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering accurate, actionable reports and insights. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance database efficiency and team workflows, supporting HR initiatives with impactful data analysis. Communication: Present methodologies and insights effectively through written reports and internal presentations. Key Skills & Experience HR/Business Data Analysis Expertise: Extensive experience in HR or business data analysis, particularly in restructures and Target Operating Models (TOMs). Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, intermediate PowerPoint skills, and experience with tools such as SPSS, SAS, Power BI, and Miro. Analytical Excellence: Strong ability to collect, organise, and analyse large datasets with attention to detail. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Clear and persuasive communicator with the confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: A proactive, flexible mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
