We are expanding our Maidstone team and seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to support the hiring of Industrial, Driving, and Office staff across Kent.
Your Role Includes:
- Sourcing temporary workers via job adverts, CV searches, and referrals.
- Managing the full registration process, including compliance checks (right to work, referencing, etc.).
- Coordinating candidate placements, ensuring workers are successfully matched with roles.
- Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment.
