The Role: In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for building repairs, remedial works, and general maintenance within a designated site. Your tasks will include:
- Working with doors and windows, ensuring proper function and inspections
- Assisting with fault finding and responding to fire alarm activations and false alarms
About You: We’re looking for someone with basic skills in: Joinery, plastering, electrics and plumbing. A proactive and friendly approach is essential, along with the ability to work well as part of a team. Suitable candidates will be subject to a basic DBS check.
