You will shape how residents influence decisions, strengthen accountability, and ensure the organisation is ready for inspection under the Social Housing Act’s Consumer Standards. This role will drive the Resident Engagement Reset programme, embedding new structures, forums and informal channels so that resident voice is at the heart of service design and improvement.
You will coordinate key change projects, oversee governance of resident panels and forums, and ensure feedback is captured, responded to and clearly communicated. Evening and occasional weekend work will be required, with flexibility applied in line with organisational policy.

- Promote inclusion and equality, ensuring the voices of residents with protected characteristics are heard and acted upon.
- Use data, including Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), to benchmark and improve engagement activity.
- Respond to resident enquiries, complaints and councillor casework where required, and deputise for the Head of Resident Involvement & Participation.
