Contract: Temp to Perm

Hours: Full‑time, 35 hours per week

Pay: £15.00 per hour, travel costs paid

Do you love working with plants and enjoy bringing indoor spaces to life? We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Indoor Plant Care Technician to join our team in London. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience caring for indoor plants or a basic horticultural qualification. You’ll receive initial mentoring to help you settle in and feel confident in the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Caring for a wide range of indoor plants across multiple client sites
  • Managing watering schedules and understanding varied plant requirements
  • Pruning, deadheading, training, planting, re‑potting, and general plant maintenance
  • Identifying pests and supporting plant health management
  • Travelling between locations on foot, by bike, or public transport
  • Working independently or in pairs depending on the site
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service to business clients
  • Handling pots and plants, including some heavy lifting
  • Supporting early starts and providing holiday cover
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience with indoor plants or a horticultural qualification (RHS Level 2, BTEC, NVQ, City & Guilds, HND)
  • A genuine appreciation for plants and plant care
  • A professional, reliable, and positive attitude
  • Flexibility and confidence working in varied environments
  • Good physical fitness for travelling between sites and handling equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
