A healthcare membership organisation and trade union is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support the People & OD team, with a strong focus on Employee Relations. This role starts ASAP for an initial 4–6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate ER case records in HR systems (e.g., iTrent).
- Track case timelines and ensure deadlines for investigations, hearings, and appeals are met.
- Schedule ER meetings and manage logistics (rooms, virtual links, documentation).
- Attend disciplinary, grievance, and capability meetings to take clear, impartial notes.
- Draft and issue standard correspondence, including invite letters.
- Prepare and circulate meeting notes confidentially.
- Support audits and quality checks on ER documentation.
- Draft contracts, offer letters, and T&Cs.
- Handle sensitive data in line with GDPR.
Skills & Experience
- Previous HR experience, ideally in a coordinator or ER support role.
- Confident using HR systems (iTrent, SAP, Workday, etc.).
- Strong understanding of formal ER processes.
- Excellent note‑taking and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
