Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of People you will become involved in all aspects of HR/ER working as an HR Advisor. Technical & Role Specific Provide generalist HR support across the full employee life cycle and support wider HR projects. Focus on talent management, performance management, employee relations, reward and recognition, succession planning, and HR initiatives. Manage employment offers, references, new starter documentation, onboarding, and induction. Advise and coach managers on resolving employee relations issues in line with policies and legal standards.
