Our client at Charing Cross Hospital is looking for a Warehouse Inventory & Delivery Driver who can be depended on – someone who turns up, gets stuck in, and represents the hospital and our client well on every delivery. There is a genuine opportunity for this role to transition into a permanent position for the right person based on performance and reliability, and they are ideally looking for someone who can start today.
The role:
- Receiving, checking and organising stock in the hospital warehouse
- Picking, packing and loading orders onto the van
- Managing and rotating stock, keeping accurate inventory records
- Delivering goods safely and on time to hospital departments and external sites
- Completing all delivery paperwork accurately
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and well organised
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Rock-solid reliability and a strong work ethic – turning up on time, every time
- Full, clean UK driving licence either Automatic or Manual
- Experience in warehouse operations, including pick & pack
- Ideally some multi-drop or delivery driving experience
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude with staff and customers
- Strong organisation and time management skills
