You’ll be the go-to person for store support across the region, stepping in to lead teams, boost sales, and ensure operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting stores across the South-East, including Reading, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Guildford, Bristol, and Kingston
  • Acting as a keyholder and opening/closing stores when needed
  • Driving sales and marketing initiatives, including local outreach and promotions
  • Preparing and presenting quotations with guidance from the Regional Manager
  • Ensuring stores meet revenue targets and maintain high compliance standards
  • Upholding financial controls and administrative procedures
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Manager and wider team
