We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Regional Support Manager to join our team and make a real impact across multiple store locations. You’ll be the go-to person for store support across the region, stepping in to lead teams, boost sales, and ensure operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting stores across the South-East, including Reading, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Guildford, Bristol, and Kingston
- Acting as a keyholder and opening/closing stores when needed
- Driving sales and marketing initiatives, including local outreach and promotions
- Preparing and presenting quotations with guidance from the Regional Manager
- Ensuring stores meet revenue targets and maintain high compliance standards
- Upholding financial controls and administrative procedures
- Collaborating closely with the Regional Manager and wider team
