Reporting to the Facilities Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across our properties- keeping our buildings clean, secure, and compliant.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Do:\\n\\nBe a friendly face and a trusted problem solver for our students\\nCarry out general repairs (basic plumbing, joinery, plastering, and electrical tasks)\\nRespond quickly to maintenance issues and safety concerns\\nKeep our buildings spotless and our spaces safe\\nSupport community wellbeing by promoting a positive, inclusive environment\\nLog and track tasks using our digital tools\\nWhat You’ll Bring:\\n\\nA hands-on approach and can-do attitude\\nBasic skills in maintenance (joinery, plumbing, plastering, electrics)\\nA calm and clear-headed response in emergencies\\nRespect for diversity and a passion for student wellbeing\\nA commitment to sustainability and safety\\nWillingness to work flexibly and occasionally alone or on call\\nWe CARE – Connect.
