We are currently seeking an Assembly Operative to join a manufacturing company, represented by Pertemps Network Group, based in Lincoln, renowned for being a world leader in their field. As an Assembly Operative, you’ll be a vital part of the dedicated production team, meticulously crafting and assembling a variety of products to exacting quality standards. This is a great opportunity to join a respected local company. Permanent contracts will be offered to staff after successfully completing the probationary period. This is usually after 12 weeks. What will I be paid? Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour. What hours will I be working? Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:20 What will I be doing as an Assembly Operative? Assembling metal components to precise specifications Reading and accurately interpreting drawings and instructions Utilising a variety of hand tools, machinery, and equipment Collaborating with departments such as stores and dispatch to ensure smooth operations Working independently across various production areas to meet daily or weekly schedules Reporting any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly What skills and experience do I need?
