Pertemps Recruitment is currently seeking 7.5T Drivers on behalf of our valued client based in Newark. We have opportunities for reliable and skilled drivers to join their delivery team on a temporary to permanent basis, handling multidrop operations in the region.
What will I be doing?
- Completing multidrop deliveries to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
- Loading and unloading goods, ensuring secure handling of packages.
- Conducting vehicle checks to maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Completing delivery paperwork
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour with customers and team members.
What skills and experience do I need?
- Valid 7.5T (C1) driving license with a clean driving record.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- Previous experience in multidrop delivery or similar driving roles preferred.
- Excellent time management and customer service skills.
What hours will I be working?
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with 7:00 am starts. Shift lengths may vary depending on delivery requirements.
What will I be paid?
- PAYE: Β£13.50 per hour.
- Umbrella rates available upon request.
