Pertemps Recruitment is currently seeking Production Operatives on behalf of a Global Manufacturer located in Hykeham, Lincoln. We have various positions available in departments such as Bench, CNC Machining, Assembly, and Metal Preparation. What will I be doing? Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications. Assemble components accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. What skills and experience do I need? Previous experience in a production environment preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and quality. Basic math and measurement skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. What hours will I be working? Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating from shifts.
