Day to day responsibilities of the Payroll Controller will include:
- Full responsibility for the processing of multiple UK payrolls monthly
- Managing payroll changes including new starters, leavers, pensions, and statutory payments
- Liaising with HMRC and ensuring compliance with current UK payroll legislation
- Producing payroll reports and supporting month-end reporting processes
- Answering employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
