Administrator Coalville Permanent Up to £27,000 pa Full Time – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)   Benefits of the Administrator role: 34 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension scheme, health care benefit, retail discounts, and free on-site parking.   Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next challenge? We\’re working with a well-established company in the Coalville area who are on the hunt for a proactive Administrator to support their busy operations team.   This is a varied role where no two days are the same. As an Administrator, you\’ll be a key player in keeping everything running smoothly, from coordinating diaries to dealing with suppliers, and everything in between.   What you’ll be doing as an Administrator: Managing diaries, booking meetings, and handling day-to-day correspondence Keeping files and records tidy, up to date, and confidential Supporting with finance tasks such as budget tracking, expenses and raising POs Organising travel, meetings, and events Liaising with external suppliers, contractors, and contacts Helping with HR admin like onboarding and maintaining personnel files Making sure communication flows nicely across all departments  We’re after an Administrator who has: Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Brilliant organisational and multitasking skills Great written and verbal communication The ability to work well on your own and with others A professional approach and attention to detail  If you\’re an Administrator who loves to keep things organised and enjoys a busy working environment, we’d love to hear from you.
