A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in the Coalville area. Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support their operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support across various departments, handling office coordination, and ensuring efficient workflow. Responsibilities of the Administrator will include: Answering incoming calls and managing an inbox. Maintaining organised records and filing systems, liasing with clients. Assisting with budget tracking and financial administration. Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries. Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders. Raising and processing sales invoices and credit control Ensuring effective communication across teams and departments.
