Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to support the team at their Thirsk site. This is a hands-on role involving general warehouse duties, stock control, and the safe loading and unloading of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries accurately.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and updating inventory systems.
- Assisting with general warehouse organisation and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
- Supporting engineers with equipment preparation and logistics when required.
- Adhering to all company health & safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Basic computer literacy – training will be given on internal systems.
