Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour

Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Working Week: Monday - Friday

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to support the team at their Thirsk site. This is a hands-on role involving general warehouse duties, stock control, and the safe loading and unloading of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries accurately.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and updating inventory systems.
  • Assisting with general warehouse organisation and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
  • Supporting engineers with equipment preparation and logistics when required.
  • Adhering to all company health & safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy – training will be given on internal systems.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
