The Opportunity: We are seeking a National Sales Manager for an exciting B2B sales opportunity with a family-run, award-winning company. As a National Sales Manager, you will engage with major brands such as John Lewis and M&S, representing a company that values quality, tradition, innovation, and environmental responsibility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting new and existing customers, building strong, trusting relationships at all levels of management.
  • Meet all targets and deadlines while driving sales growth for key accounts and the wider territory.
  • Work closely with the sales team to implement the most effective sales strategies.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs at individual, team, and business levels, including revenue, profit, and customer response management.
  • Attend and present at exhibitions both in the UK and internationally.
  • Provide new customers with a clear understanding of our clients' product range and services, showcasing its innovative, fully integrated manufacturing processes and commitment to sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a strategic and results-driven sales approach.
