We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Legal Assistant to join our Private Client department and provide comprehensive administrative support to our Fee Earners. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing client matters, utilizing our case management system, Proclaim, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation, organization, and archiving of legal files and supporting documentation.
- Managing the diary of your assigned Fee Earner, including booking client appointments and meetings.
- Preparing client correspondence through audio typing, word processing, or digital dictation.
- Handling telephone calls, inquiries, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Managing emails, post, photocopying, and other general administrative duties.
- Witnessing signings and other legal documents as required.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in IT. You should be a collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail. While prior legal assistant experience is preferred, it is not essential; if you’re eager to learn and have a passion for supporting others, we would love to hear from you!
