Regional Sales Operations Manager\\nLocation: Midlands, UK\\nEmployment Type:  Permanent\\nSalary: £87,940 plus a 15% bonus\\n\\nThe Company: \\nA highly successful manufacturing company that has been distributing products worldwide for over 50 years. Your development according to your strengths and aspirations in your career is of great importance!\\n\\nYour Duties: \\n\\nManage a team of approximately 10 Sales Operations Employees throughout Europe including Switzerland, the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands\\nMust also have significant experience driving projects through to completion involving multiple departments and stakeholders including operations, sales, finance, IT and more\\nPrepare and present customer executive presentations, summary reports, spreadsheets, charts and analysis of data from multiple sources for internal and external use\\nBuild management reporting package covering inventory level, order management and delivery analytics\\nDrive monthly forecasting for discrete and consignment orders, revenue and consignment inventory development\\nDirectly responsible for executing the ins and outs of the company inventories including onsite consignment for the customers as well as inventory of standard products for quick sale\\nMaintain, and execute the soft and physical inventory process to ensure accuracy and work to resolve any discrepancies if required\\nManage inventories to ensure accurate inventory levels and associated KPI’s while maintaining continuity of supply for the customers\\nLead a team of customer service representatives and ensure accurate order management\\nImpress upon the organisation and direct team the importance of creating a positive customer experience\\nMain escalation point for major delivery and order management topics and work together with counterparts at the global facilities to resolve issues quickly and pragmatically\\nPrioritise manufacturing, purchasing and the business units to coordinate capacity planning and availability of needed materials, components, equipment, and resources to align with the customer’s demand\\nLead operations and logistics related projects domestically and internationally by working with the various stakeholder groups in the company Your Competencies: \\n\\nBachelor’s degree in Business or other related field required\\nProgressive experience in operations, order and inventory management including experience managing teams and mentoring direct reports.\\nExperience in sales and distribution business requiring strong inventory management focus and controls\\nExperience in business process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives\\nMust be willing to take hands on approach to problem solving\\nMust have an innate desire to business process improvements and drive projects to resolution across all areas of the business\\nAbility to work in a matrix organisation\\nStrong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills\\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to develop complex reports and metrics\\nAbility to travel both domestically and internationally, as required\\nExcellent language skills, particularly in English and German\\nPlease note that you must have a valid UK driving license and happy to travel (20% of the role is travelling)
