Join a forward-thinking chemical company in Warwick seeking a reliable and proactive Production Operative to support daily operations on the manufacturing floor. This hands-on role also requires a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence, as FLT driving will form a key part of your duties.

What you’ll do:

  • Operate production machinery and assist in the mixing/blending of chemical products
  • Safely transport materials and finished goods around site using FLT
  • Follow strict health & safety and quality control procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Loading and mixing of chemicals
  • Decanting and packing of products for shipping/dispatch
  • Completion of paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical production setting
  • Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
