Join a forward-thinking chemical company in Warwick seeking a reliable and proactive Production Operative to support daily operations on the manufacturing floor. This hands-on role also requires a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence, as FLT driving will form a key part of your duties.
What you’ll do:
- Operate production machinery and assist in the mixing/blending of chemical products
- Safely transport materials and finished goods around site using FLT
- Follow strict health & safety and quality control procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Loading and mixing of chemicals
- Decanting and packing of products for shipping/dispatch
- Completion of paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical production setting
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
